About Us

Who We Are

Programs & Services

Street Patrol is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that helps save lives by  meeting the homeless where they are, directly on the streets.

 STREET PATROL MISSION

We are descendants of warriors, who protected those, who explored and shared their knowledge and wisdom.  As their descendants we give aid and comfort to people in need, poor, homeless, and those who society has turned its back on. We do not condemn nor judge. We reach out with open hearts and hands.

JULY 2026 Spotlight

Street Patrol: The Squad Behind the Mission

Every outreach night has a rhythm to it—and that rhythm is powered by people who bring their own energy, personality, and presence to the streets. This month’s spotlight is on the team members who help make Street Patrol feel like Street Patrol.

Jessica — “The Second-in-Command”
Jessica is the strong #2—and she moves like it. She runs point on women’s undergarments, pet food, and lunches, making sure the essentials are always within reach. She doesn’t hesitate to keep things in order either—quick to remind folks, “this is not the mall.” "I am a board member," she states as she carries both authority and responsibility, and uses both to keep outreach flowing smoothly.

Anthony — “The Sgt. @ Arms”
Every team needs someone who can track people down—and Anthony does just that. Known as the Sgt. @ Arms, he finds the “lost wizards” who get separated and brings them back to the group. He also helps serve lunches, including the homemade muffins that patrons consistently rave about (shoutout to his mom for those). He’s part navigator, part morale booster, and all reliability.

Devourje — “The Enforcer”
Devourje handles apparel—but don’t let that role fool you. As the Enforcer, he makes sure things stay respectful and controlled. He brings a presence that lets everyone know the mission is serious, and he’s ready to step in if needed. Calm, direct, and about the work.

Liz — “Security”
Liz is always working—sometimes in ways that keep the team laughing—but she never loses sight of the bigger picture. As Security, she keeps her eyes on everything, "beat 'em" flashlight in hand, making sure the team and those we serve stay safe. There’s a balance of humor and awareness with her, and it works.

Tory — “The Pop-Up”
Tory might not be at every outreach, but when he shows up, he shows up ready. Working in accessories, he jumps right into the flow like he never missed a beat. Known for keeping a black eye (somehow, some way), he’s dependable when present and always adds to the energy of the team.

Chase — “The Ironman & Liaison”
Chase doesn’t miss. Even when life throws curveballs—like a squirrel taking out something under his hood in the middle of winter—he still finds a way to show up. He’s only missed one or two outreach nights, and now he comes prepared, remembering exactly what’s needed. Consistency defines him.

Kevin — “The Quiet Storm”
You won’t hear Kevin coming—but you’ll feel his impact. Known as the Quiet Storm, he stays locked in, making sure blankets are always ready to go. Calm, steady, and dependable. And when it’s time to turn up—like at a St. Louis Battlehawks game—he’ll surprise you with a voice that cuts through the noise.

K-D. — "HCIC (Head Chick In Charge)"
Every crew needs a leader, and Street Patrol has the HCIC—Head Chick In Charge.

K-D. is the one making sure the mission happens before, during, and after outreach. From coordinating volunteers and donations to managing programs, partnerships, and the countless moving parts nobody sees, she keeps the wheels turning.

She also gets a good laugh when someone tries to go over her head—because there isn't much higher to go. Eventually, every question, issue, problem, or decision finds its way back to her desk. Whether it's a volunteer question, an outreach challenge, or a last-minute curveball, she's usually the final stop on the route.

Known for expecting things to get done correctly, finding solutions when others see obstacles, and keeping Street Patrol moving forward no matter what, K-D. serves as the bridge between vision and execution.

Love her or fear the follow-up email, one thing is certain: if it affects Street Patrol, the HCIC probably already knows about it.

More Than Roles
These aren’t just titles—they’re personalities, roles, and real contributions that make outreach nights work. Every person brings something different, and together, it creates a system that serves with purpose, structure, and consistency.
Street Patrol isn’t just what we do—it’s who shows up to do it.
